I was born in San Jose, California and call Almaden and Discovery Bay California home. I come from a family of Real Estate Professionals, so the mortgage business was a natural fit. I started my mortgage career as a licensed loan agent with a small local broker in 1992, moving to a large institutional lender in 1994. From 1994 through 2003 I immersed myself in financial services. I covered all aspects of financial wellbeing from sales to management from investments to insurance. I attained my series 7, 63 and principles license as well as my insurance license always keeping focused on my passion, Real Estate Lending and Real Estate Sales.

  • There is no charge for pre-qualification.
  • In order to complete the worksheet you will need to tell us about the new home you are interested in, basic information about yourself including Employment, Income, and Assets.
  • Once your pre-qualification is complete, a loan officer will contact you within 24 hours.
  • After you enter into a contract to purchase the home, if you want to apply for a loan, the loan officer will convert your information into an application, provide you with disclosures and gather the remaining information necessary for loan approval.
