Nothing provides a deep-rooted sense of security and tranquil assurance like homeownership – so, for me, nothing is more rewarding than successfully guiding families through the complicated and often confusing process of attaining mortgage financing to facilitate the ultimate American Dream.   

As a Loan Officer, my goal is to shepherd buyers through the approval process with a high degree of communication so that – much like landing a plane – they can enjoy the luxury of a completely boring and predictable procession toward closing their mortgage.   Instead of worrying or wondering about their loan approval, buyers are able to embrace the joy and excitement of selecting a home that best suits their needs!

When not working, nothing is more enjoyable than the time I spend with my patient wife of 26 years and our delightful adult daughters (21 & 24).  However, if they should already have plans… ‘wrenching’ on and racing vintage European cars tends to be a very enjoyable alternative.   I also collect and service wristwatches.

  • In order to qualify you for the purchase of a home, Century Communities may require evidence of qualification.
  • Inspire Home Loans will pre-qualify you for a mortgage based upon information you enter into the online Pre-Qualification Form.
  • There is no charge for pre-qualification.
  • In order to complete the worksheet you will need to tell us about the new home you are interested in, basic information about yourself including Employment, Income, and Assets.
  • Once your pre-qualification is complete, a loan officer will contact you within 24 hours.
  • After you enter into a contract to purchase the home, if you want to apply for a loan, the loan officer will convert your information into an application, provide you with disclosures and gather the remaining information necessary for loan approval.
