Documents Needed For Application
- A copy of your government issued identification
- Bank statements from the last 2 months (all pages, even if one is blank)
- 30 days of pay stubs
- Two years of W2s and/or Tax Returns (plus business tax returns if you’re self-employed)
- Source of down payment (bank statements, gift letter, etc.)
Please note, after reviewing your application a Loan Officer may request additional documentation.
